Just because an officer gives you a ticket for a traffic crash doesn't mean you are automatically guilty. In fact, in most crashes the police officer did not eyewitness the crash.
If you want to contest a traffic crash, or any traffic ticket, Gary will schedule it for a trial with witnesses. Witnesses will be subpoenaed to testify at the trial and they can be cross-examined under oath in Court and Gary will present your defense.
